Ms. Honey Soni

Ms Honey Soni, an Honours Graduate in Commerce, Qualified Company Secretary Associate Member of ICSI, New Delhi and LLB Graduate. She has a rich and varied experience in handling various Corporate Secretarial, M & A, Corporate Compliances, Secretarial Audit  & Client Interface. She brings with her the experience of day-to-day compliance for the public as well as private limited companies and NCLT related matters. She has also written articles for the Chartered Secretary of ICSI.

Ms. Priyanka Naagar

Ms. Priyanka Naagar, an Honor’s Graduate from P.G.D.A.V College, Delhi University. She is  Qualified Company Secretary and an Associate Member of ICSI, New Delhi. She has handled Company Law,  Secretarial and Regulatory Compliances as well as  assignments under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. She also handles Secretarial Audit of listed and unlisted entities.

CS Amita Jadav

An Associate Company Secretary qualified in the year 2021. She is Bachelor of a Commerce (specialization in Banking & Insurance) and has done post-Graduation degree from Mumbai University. She handles Corporate Compliances, Secretarial Audit Processes, Client   Interface and other related areas.  Amita has expertise handling matters involving liasoning with Registrar of Companies. At BNP Associates she is handling clients in the Pharma Lifestyle Science and Housing Finance.
