About the Partners
Mr. B. Narasimhan has nearly five decades of experience of service since that time he was in employment and after retirement started practice.
Mr. Avinash Bagul has experience of over 40 years. He was Corporate Secretary of Financial Institution and after his superannuation he started practice.
Similarly, Mr. Ramaswami Kalidas has experience of more than 4 decades as a Senior Executive in well-known corporate and is now in practice.
Mr. Venkataraman Krishnan an Associate member of ICSI with more than 40 years of experience and now is in practice.
Ms. Sujata Chattopadhyay is a fellow member of ICSI, and long experience in handling corporate matters. She is well versed with Insolvency and Bankruptcy related matters. All five of them have diverse exposure in the areas of Corporate Advisory services, Transactional Services, Litigation, Advocacy and Legal Due Diligence. Moreover, the firm has one more partner Ms. Honey Soni with reasonably good post qualification experience. All the Partners share the same values as that of the firm i.e: Character, Competence and Commitment.
