Mr. B. Narasimhan
B. Narasimhan is a Post Graduate in Economics and a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has nearly five decades of experience in Corporate Laws and Management with special emphasis on Capital Market. He has been associated with the Capital Market, having worked for registered intermediaries since 1988 till 2011. He was elected as a Council Member of ICSI in the year 2007 and again in 2011 for a term of four years each and subsequent thereto, he was again re-elected in the year 2018 (2018- 2022). Mr. Narasimhan was the President of ICSI New Delhi for the year 2024-25. His areas of expertise include Corporate and Securities Management, Public offering of securities, all Corporate Actions associated with listed companies including hands on experience on operations relating to Corporate Actions. During his association with Capital Markets, he had been closely interacting with the Regulators namely, SEBI, Stock Exchanges (both BSE and NSE), Depositories (both NSDL and CDSL). In view of his vast experience and the knowledge in the field, he was a member of several committees constituted by these regulatory bodies from time to time. He had also been a Member of Secretarial Standard Board constituted by ICSI. He was the Chairman of Capital Market Committee constituted by ICSI from 2007- 2010 and from 2012 onwards. He has a passion for addressing professional meets and has been a speaker in several seminars and conferences both in India and abroad. He has also contributed articles in the area of professional interest. He has a passion for teaching and is associated as a visiting faculty in several Management Institutes in India.
Mr. Avinash Bagul
Avinash Bagul is a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Member of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India, (formerly known as Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India), as well as an Insolvency Professional registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. He has done Post Graduation Diploma in Securities Laws, Bachelor of General Law. Mr. Bagul has over 40 years’ experience of handling corporate affairs, Secretarial and Legal matters. As a group resource of a well-known financial institution, he was instrumental in coordinating infrastructure and financial initiatives with Business Heads/ CEOs and is well-versed in handling corporate governance and compliance. He is also associated with Management Institutions as visiting faculty.
Mr. Ramaswami Kalidas
Ramaswami Kalidas, a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), has done MBA in Finance from Jadavpur University and B Com. (Hons) from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. He has more than four decades of experience handling Corporate Affairs, Secretarial and Legal matters in various leading Companies. He has been a visiting faculty in various esteemed Institutes delivering lectures of Corporate Law and Governance. He is an author of professional books and continues to be involved academically with his rich knowledge and long, experience in the field of Corporate Laws. He is presently Member of the Secretarial Standard Board of the ICSI since 2019. He is a regular speaker in professional platforms across the Country’s. He has also contributed articles in professional journals in the areas of Corporate Law, SEBI Regulations, Corporate Governance. His book on Commentary on Law relating to Directors and KMP an integrated approach, has been published by ICSI.
Mr. Venkataraman Krishnan
Venkataraman Krishnan is a Post Graduate in Commerce, holds a Diploma in Tax Laws and has also passed the Licentiate Examination of the Insurance Institute of India. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and serves as a Member of the Board of Auditing Standards of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has over 42 years of rich and diverse professional experience in handling Corporate Secretarial, IPOs, Mergers & Acquisitions, Legal, Insurance, Accounts and Finance functions across many organizations in the Print Solutions, Textiles, Packaging, Logistics, Media, Insurance Broking sectors. In addition to his corporate experience, he is a regular faculty member at ICSI and several leading B-Schools, where he delivers sessions on Corporate Laws, Securities Laws, Insurance, and other related subjects.
Ms. Sujata Chattopadhyay
Sujata Chattopadhyay is a highly accomplished professional with over 35 years of experience in corporate finance, compliance, and legal matters. Sujata is commerce graduate from Delhi University and a Law graduate from Mumbai University. She is a Fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Institute Cost Accountants of India. She is also an insolvency professional, an IICA Certified Mediator. She has done diploma in Forensic Audit from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Additionally, she has completed certificate courses in POSH and BRSR from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Sujata has held various senior roles including as a Whole-time Director of a Merchant banking company. Since October 2022, she has also been a Member of the Independent Advisory Committee for International Asset Reconstruction Co. Pvt. Ltd., overseeing the settlement of dues. As a registered insolvency professional, she navigates complex corporate insolvencies, representing clients before the NCLT and resolving high-debt cases. With over three decades of experience in corporate finance, law, compliance, corporate governance, and insolvency. She currently serves as an Independent Director for several prominent listed and unlisted entities, offering her expertise in financial compliance and strategic decision-making.
Ms. Honey Soni
Honey Soni is a Commerce and Law graduate and Associate Member of ICSI, New Delhi. She has a rich and varied experience in handling various Corporate Secretarial, M & A, Corporate Compliances, Secretarial Audit & Client Interface. She brings with her the experience of day-to-day compliance for the public as well as private limited companies and NCLT related matters. She has also written articles for Chartered Secretary, of ICSI.

Ms. Priyanka Naagar

Ms. Priyanka Naagar, an Honor’s Graduate from P.G.D.A.V College, Delhi University. She is Qualified Company Secretary and an Associate Member of ICSI, New Delhi. She has handled Company Law, Secretarial and Regulatory Compliances as well as assignments under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. She also handles Secretarial Audit of listed and unlisted entities.
Ms. Snehal Raikar

A Commerce and Law Graduate, Ms. Snehal Manish Raikaris a Qualified Company Secretary and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Has been working as a Practicing Company Secretary for over 10 years, handling compliance matters for both Private and Public Companies.
